Talavera Sandwich Salad Plates

These beautiful hand painted Mexican Talavera sandwich or salad dishes add a pretty accent to your kitchen! Each piece may have some imperfections due to the nature of hand painting.  This is typical of Mexican Talavera dinnerware. Lead Free. Authentic Mexican import made in Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Mexico.

These plates are not oven proof - do not use in oven.  We do not recommend microwave use for cooking, may be used to warm. Our pottery is lead free and dishwasher safe, although hand washing is preferable.  Each plate weights approximate   lbs.

Due to the nature of hand painting, each piece of Talavera is unique and beautiful, variations and imperfections are to be expected and are normal. This only adds to the uniqueness of each piece, each piece is a individual work of art.
