Our Mexican Talavera Turtle steals the show, weather placed near a pond or in the garden! Our Turtle is very cute and colorful. Each turtle is hand painted with creative multi color designs.....so fun! They are surprisingly heavy for their size and very nice. A great gift for the nature lover. Made in Delores Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Mexico.

My wife collects turtles and fell in love with the ones we saw during out trip to Mexico. At the time we bought 3 mini ones that matched the plates and bowls that we also purchased during our trip. I came across MexDecor a while back and bought a full sized one, with the same color palette as the others for her collection.
