Our Mexican Talavera Frida Kahlo Catrina is simply wonderful!  She is accompanied by two friends - a monkey and a parrot.  Frida Kahlo, a very famous Mexican Artist, was know for her self portraits and folk art style of painting.  A must have for the Day of the Dead Collector,   Expertly crafted in Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Mexico.  This piece is signed. 

Day of the Dead is a holiday in Mexican celebrating life. It is a day of remembrance, a day to remember loved ones that have passed away. This Talavera Catrina Couple is one symbol of the "Day of the Dead" (Dia de Muertos).

A work of art by Gerardo Garcia. Each piece varies by design patterns and will have imperfections. The piece shown, will be the actual one shipped.  Classic Blue and White is beautiful!

Love it!

It was packaged very well and I appreciated the hand written note which also offered a bit of a discount for next purchase.Those added touches mAke me interested to buy again to expand on my collection from this artist. It was a birthday gift for my mom and she LOVES it.
