Day of the Dead is a holiday in Mexico celebrating life. It is a day of remembrance, a day to remember loved ones that have passed away. This Talavera Catrina is one symbol of the "Day of the Dead" (Dia de Los Muertos).

Great piece

I purchased this piece as we often conduct tequila tastings at agave events and engage with consumers with our brand - Curado tequila. We wanted some pieces that depicted authentic upscale artsy expressions from Mexico. The piece is absolutley beautiful and very well made!
