Milagros Saint Santa Rita
Santa (Saint) Rita of Cascia was an Italian Nun, venerated as a Saint by the Catholic Church. She is the patroness of impossible causes, abuse victims, loneliness and widows. While meditating before an image of Christ crucified, a wound appeared her on forehead, a thorn from the crown around Christ’s head pierced her flesh. Our Mexican Milagros Santa Rita figure depicts this wound and is decorated with traditional silver colored Milagros. This piece is unique, spiritual and very special. Beautifully crafted in Morelia, Mexico. Simply Lovely!
